THRIVING TALENTS PRESENTS
DISCOVERING & DEVELOPING BRIGHT MINDS OF GEN-Z
July & August 2016
Thriving Talents has carefully designed a 4-session workshop, TalentMindz, specially for teenagers to discover and develop the two core values Resourcefulness and Communication using our M.I.N.D. model:
Students are lacking of exposure to practice thorough and critical analytic skills. This session will be conducted based on the 5-steps Cycle of Inquiry model which will enhance students' critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Students are unable to apply lessons learned into practical solutions. This session will guide students to implement the "Zoom In-and-Out" method in developing relationship between concept and application.
Students are not actively involved in learning and exploring new knowledge inside and outside of school. This session will train the students, through a series of activities, to stimulate their curiosity and interest in discovering and absorbing more information.
Students are lacking of proper skills to communicate with others in verbal and non-verbal forms. This session will be conducted using our "TACT model - Think, Attentive, Connect, Talk" to teach students effective verbal and written communication.
